Rano admitted that the current condition of Pasar Baru is still relatively quiet. According to him, the trend began since the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to this day.

Responding to this condition, Rano explained that he will cooperate with the Ministry of Finance, the management of the Jakarta Arts Building and the Post Office Building which has buildings around the Pasar Baru - Lapangan Banteng area.

"The arrangement is beautifying and improving the park. A nighttime culinary center like in Penang, Malaysia will also be provided there," he explained.

Rano continued canopy construction for selling center will also be constructed. The construction will be run next year since planning and budgeting run this year.

"Maybe we go to Bandung on weekend. But this will attract Bandung people to visit Jakarta. So we must prepare the hotels and culinary centers," Rano stated.
